Who you are buying from
O'Shey Maison (“we”), trading at scentsbyoshey.com. Placing an order means accepting these terms.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock we thought we had, or an obvious pricing error — we will tell you and refund in full.
You must be 18 or older to buy.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax until it is calculated at checkout, where the total is shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive your card details.
Delivery and returns
Covered by the shipping policy and the returns policy, which form part of these terms.
Fragrance, honestly
Scent is subjective and behaves differently on different skin. Our descriptions of notes, longevity and sillage are given in good faith, not as a guarantee of how a fragrance will smell on you — which is exactly why every fragrance can be sampled first.
Check the ingredients if you have known sensitivities. Fragrance is for external use, and should be kept away from heat and flame.
Liability
We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
