Samples & discovery

Do you offer samples? Every fragrance is available as a 2ml sample, and one is included free with every order.

What is a discovery set? Six 2ml vials of the house line, with a credit toward your first full bottle — the cheapest way to find what suits you.

What is a decant? A smaller quantity of an original fragrance transferred into a travel atomiser. Same juice, less commitment.

Shipping

How long does it take? Orders leave the atelier within one to two working days. See the shipping policy for delivery estimates.

Is shipping free? Ground shipping is free over $95. Below that it is a flat rate, shown before you pay.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. Fragrance is classed as a hazardous good for air freight and each destination has its own rules; we would rather do it properly than badly.

Returns

Can I return a fragrance? Unopened full bottles, within 30 days. Samples and decants cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full detail in the returns policy.

What if it arrives damaged? Tell us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you — contact us with a photo.

Wearing it

What do longevity and sillage mean? Longevity is how long a scent lasts on skin; sillage is how far it projects. Both are rated on each product page, and we say when a fragrance is quiet.

Why does it smell different on me? Skin chemistry, and it is the reason we sell samples. A scent that sings on one person can go flat on another.

How should I store it? Cool, dark, and capped. Heat and sunlight degrade fragrance faster than age does.

Do I need an account? No — you can check out as a guest. An account keeps your cart and wishlist across devices and stores your order history.

Can I change an order? If it has not shipped, yes. Contact us quickly and we will try.
